The management will seek for continual improvement by periodical review of objectives and targets and monitoring the hazard management program to take account of changing conditions and circumstances within the workplace and ensure appropriate records are documented, implemented and maintained and available to related parties.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Al Samam is firmly committed to comply with the applicable legal and other requirements of the Technical Guidelines and Codes of Practice of the Emirates and the Government of UAE to prevent pollution and protect the environment.

Al Samam is committed continual improvement and prevention of pollution by ensuring its entire employed are competent and suitably trained to ensure adequate control measures are in place for protecting the environment.

The management will ensure that the employees are involved and consulted for matters relating to environmental aspects and impacts and that all relevant documentation relating to environmental issuers are made available.

The management will seek for continual improvement by periodical review of objectives and targets and monitoring the Environment Management Program to take account of changing conditions and circumstances within the work place and ensure appropriate records are documented implemented and maintained and available to the related parties.

HEALTH POLICY
A Safe Workplace 

Our goal is to operate without injuries, illnesses or incidents, because we believe that any and all injuries as well as safety and environmental incidents, can be prevented. We further support actions aimed at increasing employee safety outside working hours.

We continuously evaluate and improve our conduct and our equipment in order to minimize risks and environmental impact. We shall consider SHE aspects at early stages of process development, and conduct analyses and studies to eliminate potential concerns.

We support a legible dialogue around the process and products we manage, and around any consequences our activities may have on safety, health and environment.
We will establish good relations with authorities, opinion leaders, corporations and organizations to demonstrate responsibility in the areas of safety, health and environment.
